Return Policy

Enquiry Details

 A return request will be eligible in the following condition

  •  Faulty/incorrect/physically damaged products reported within 24 hours of product delivery. If this does not happen Prakash Trading Co., cannot be held liable for any damage or faulty product, and the order will not be eligible for return.
  •  Incorrect Size - the item differs majorly from the images and description in its listing.
  •  Incorrect colour than what was ordered.
  • You have 14 days to avail return policy for your non-damaged products after your order has been delivered.
  •  If the product is an electronic appliance, it must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  •  If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.
  •  If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect, full amount except shipping charges, if applicable will be refunded. We shall notify you of your refund via e-mail within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  •  Refund/Replacement will be processed once the item is received at the fulfilment center.
  •  Refund of the COD order will only process if the order value is 15 dhs and above.
  • A refund will be issued in case a product cannot be repaired or replaced. If the item was purchased through online mode of payment, then it will be credited back to your account and if the item was purchased with Cash On Delivery mode of payment then it will be given through bank transfer or coupon voucher. Refunds to your Credit Card or Debit Card may take 4-15 business days to process.
  • Warranty of the electrical products is responsibility of the brand, as Prakash Trading Co., is merely the facilitator.

Please note that Prakash Trading Co., can expect delays in returns and refunds during busy months and seasons such as a Festive Period (Eid, Christmas, Ramadan).
 
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:-

  •  Damages due to misuse of product or due to improper use of the product under weather conditions
  •  Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
  •  Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  •  Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  •  Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.

 Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received.
 
Broken Items:-
Should an item be broken, please email us on ptc@ptc.ae  9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays), within 24 hours of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.
